Voss: Devastating the Empire (Defeat 500 Imperial Soldiers on Voss) Quick Travel (or Taxi) to Ken-La Outpost and travel by speeder to the co-ordinates (-1107, -548). There are a large number of groups of Weak, Standard, and Strong soldiers in groups of 2-4. The few elites who are present stand by themselves. Groups are present on either side of the main road. With the large number of groups and quick re-spawns, there is no waiting. Voss: Devastating the Republic (Defeat 500 Republic Soldiers on Voss) Quick Travel (or Taxi) to Pilgrim Retreat Speeder and travel by speeder to the co-ordinates (-909, -85). There are 19 soldiers in small groups. There is one larger but not difficult group. There is a wait of 3 minutes for re-spawns. Quick Travel (or Taxi) to Pilgrim Retreat Speeder and travel by speeder to the co-ordinates (-1884, -74). There are 8 soldiers in small groups. There is a wait of 3-4 minutes for re-spawns. I would mention that near (-909, -85) if you go up into the ruins, you'll find they're also full of republic aligned NPCs. All of which count towards achievement and have fast respawn rates. Again, small groupings of 3-4 enemies. This is by far the best location. By the time you've done a full circuit, everything else has respawned.
