When I run 1860, I hit like a wet noodle. Might be playstyle preference.... I'm sure there are people very good with 1860 alac. Rion_Starkiller Posted September 20, 2018 Share Posted September 20, 2018 (edited) I agree that making dots tick faster is ideal in PVE, but I don't think 1860 alacrity is worth it in pvp unless you are deathmatching and number farming mid. You want kills? Stack more power, crit, mastery. The only channeled ability is force lighting. The rest are dots and instants (or procced instants). For Lightning, Arsenal and other specs with more casted and channeled abilities, definitely go for the 1.3 gcd threshold. Anyway... try both ways and see what feels better or more natural for you.
