Azryie
I would like to see the introduction of an app for Android which allowed crew missions/crafting control as well as Galactic Trading... I was an avid user of the WoW remote auction house and would like to continue remote play with ToR...
Deffin
I'm calling a mass flooding of this: "**** NO THAT'S PAY TO WIN" "I LIVE IN THE 10th CENTURY AND ONLY HAVE A ROCK, PHONES ARE CHEATING" "EASY MODE INCOMING" "GO BACK TO WOW!" Good luck with this.
Palonto
Maybe one where you can only see how things come along and the results? I would pay 1.79 euro for that.

Errathe
I'd like a full-on Datapad app for my iPad. Could have crafting stuff, GTN, forums and news, in-game chat. That'd be kewl.

Zaszamonde
I'd be fine with an smartphone program that allows you to run mission remotely now that slicing is balanced, though I'd rather them update the GTN interface before exporting it. What about people who do not have smartphones how is that fair to them? Not BW problem you can't play as much as everyone else. You will eventually have 3 companions fairly early on and you can always send two out at a time to do some crafting while you level.

Nicain
Its not a bad idea, but yeah I think it would break the game so I would vote no.
Skizzik
Honestly, if I had this, I'd be broke really quick from sending my companions out on too many missions. lol
Kenthen
Exactly, so no the app. Sit and play like everyone else. Or you can join us in the magical land of hovercars and them newfangled "mobile phones". It's not like Bioware has to add anything and I don't expect them to but to be flat out against it in this day and age, that's just being ***-backwards. You will eventually have 3 companions fairly early on and you can always send two out at a time to do some crafting while you level. How about something that can also be done in a browser? Would that be fair for the people without a smartphone? I just want a Armory like thing on the browser and app. It would be nice if the missions were longer. Their claim to fame was that it was like EvE, where I can set someone to do something while I'm logged out. If the max mission length is only 30 mins, this is useless. I will have to be in game to keep having my guys do stuff. USELESS.

Cirindi
You can already do this. Team viewer is the app iirc. I use this from my Kindle Fire to remote to my computer at home. I look to see if there is a queue on my server; if so I start my game before I leave work.

WowWasBetter
To the people who say no, why? Does it give me an unfair advantage? How? Is using my smartphone to remote in to my desktop and sending my companions out that way giving me an unfair advantage? I work 53 to 69 hours a week with my phone being my only internet connection. Is running my companions around from my phone more unfair than someone who only works 40 hours? What about people who can bring in a laptop and run companions around while at work? You say its pay to win at crafting, I say its a way I can pay to level the playing field
weezdajuice
No, you don't need to be able to craft while you're at school or work. Get this nonsense outta here.

You say its pay to win at crafting, I say its a way I can pay to level the playing field I don't think anyone cares how much you work per week. So, don't expect the game to be modified to work around your busy lifestyle. You either have time for it or you don't. You can't get the best of both worlds. Oh, and what you're asking for already exists in another game and its THAT WAY -------->
Nivana
What about people who don't have a computer powerful enough to play the game at all? Should the rest of us be shut down because of them? I know more than one console gamer who doesn't have a PC capable of playing. Life is not fair. If you still don't understand this, well... This is already doable anyway through VNC and any other remote access app. A streamlined mobile app for this, and maybe a few other things (mini space battles?) would be nice though.
