Such as bugs that cause people to not be able to play the game. You can play the game just fine. You have the option to hide your surname if you dislike it. Then when the feature the change it is implemented you can change it. BioWare is asking you to be patient. This is their first MMO, they're trying to do it right. If you do not like that name changes were not implemented on day one. Please gather some investors and make your own MMO and Website to fit your needs. You are more than welcome to do so.

First off, I was wrong. They didn't say it was set in stone. They said it would be difficult to change. At no time did they state you could change it through a survice. This is what someone said "is shared across all characters on that server – so choose carefully!” I just looked at a screenshot and no where did it state it was perminate. But honestly? Why would you assume it can be changed? Anyway.... BioWare needs to implement changes that surely come above this. Such as the issues people are facing that make this game unplayable to them. You're right companies love money. My family owns one. However... the company stated let me say that again "STATED" that there will be no changes in legacy names. Now that is the company's word. A company's"word" is worth far more to them than any service they provide. If they start going back on their word, their PR will tank. When a company's PR tanks, well ****. That's when you sell out and they go out of business. Please learn that not everything in the business world revolves around money.

In the upcoming months when NCSoft + ArenaNet releases Guild Wars 2. Send their forum traffic to this website. Why? Because it's going to be most of the same people complaining about the same things, such as minor bugs. It will work out really nicely. Just change out some of the locations like "Tattooine" to whatever it's called in Guild Wars. Since we have so many "I'm qutting". Just change the "I'm quiting SWTOR until this gets changed" to "I'm quitting GW2 until this gets changed." Perhaps Bioware can rent it's servers to NCSoft? Just some ideas.
