Ninja changes and roll-outs - Where is consideration for customer experience????

Ok. The new system is a total mess, and the way they roll things out in general really needs work. From now on, no secrets about what is coming. I'm serious. You change the requirements on a craft pattern, give us 1 month to use up supplies BEFORE it goes into effect. You need to change the dark-projects and war supplies back for 1 month. Customer service on patch roll outs is terrible here. There is NEVER a reason to roll stuff out where players are in the dark. I know some of that is common practice, but common practice now needs to change in favor of better customer experience.

If you are rolling out new things in a way where you are afraid to let us know ahead of time what is coming, you need to seriously re-think how you are rolling things out.

You need to change the dark-projects and invasion forces back for 1 month.

You mean the Invasion Force ingredients (Armored Vehicles, Starship Weapons, Crystal Capacitors, Holocrons of Strategy (?name), and Infantry Support Kits). The Invasion Force recipe remains one of each of those. (Exception: I didn't look closely. It may have changed its "requires" level...)

But the ingredient recipes changed hugely.

Agreed a little communication would go a long way

What they need to do is actually utilize that thing called the test server and listen and gauge the feedback from there before putting it out live, and more importantly, listening to that feedback. This new crafting change pretty much made it to where you need 550? 600? to do anything relevant in conquest.

Didn't they completely do away with the Test Server though?

If they did... they need to reinstate it... because 5.0 has been pretty shoddy all around with terrible updates ie GC as a entirety, 90% of the class balance changes, bugged Umbara, wayyyy to many mobs on the first part of Traitor Among the Chiss, and now borked conquest.

Coming soon: Credit Caps of 1mil per week.

Upgrade your cap now only for the low low low price of 10,000 cartel coins and get a special Kai Zykken companion.

I've been saying for a long time that they need to add a Cartel Item that increases or removes the Credit Cap for F2P/Preferred players, a one-time purchase that either gets rid of the cap or makes it more reasonable, like 10mil or something.
