I stopped playing, but only due to starting a new job. There is a "but" here though: But the cartel market is frustrating. Its unfair that you have streamers getting platinum and then average joe like me, gets nothing decent. I want the revan reborn set, so everything I do focuses on that. The new legendary packs, yeah you drew me in, but you turned me off too fast. I dont mind spending more, but ill avoid it when I realize I am being punished. People spending $99 dollars plus on a specific pack should not be facing the same terrible RNG every time, you know as well as I do that that will turn people off anyway. This is common knowledge and it exist in every game, but please add a bad luck protection to the cartel market. Please. I am soo willing to spend money on this game, but you keep punishing me for doing it. Add bad luck protection at some level, only 0.05% of the pop will benefit and it doesnt change the luck of the lucky, like the streamers I have watched. Plus those that get to benefit from it, will appreciate the game that much more. I have to say, playing this game (and I love it) is making me feel like an insanely unlucky person and thats backfiring on you guys and on me. Its ruining the experience. I have spent enough that I deserve something. Come on guys, you put it in the other stuff, add it to this. This is only fair, you must do this. You should have done this ages ago. Each hypercrate included, in response to complaints about not getting gold-class items, a "platinum" pack in addition to the normal packs. (At the time, there was no platinum rarity class.) The platinum pack guaranteed to drop a gold-class item from the same type of pack the hypercrate contained. It meant you got at least one gold-class item per hypercrate. Why do people CHOOSE to open what they KNOW is a RNG gambling pack and then come to the forums to complain that it is "unfair"? Why do people seem to think spending more money makes them more entitled to "hit the jackpot" and get that specific item they want? If Billy goes to a casino and places a single $50 bet on the roulette table and Johnny spends all night playing roulette betting $50 a spin, does that make Johnny "more entitled" to hit on a spin? Should the casino offer Johnny "bad luck protection"? If you had bought those legend packs and sold the unopened packs, you would likely have made enough credits to purchase that Revan Reborn armor. People are still spending hundreds of Euros/Dollars every month on RNG packs, no matter how bad the odds are. I hear you, but honestly, there have been soooo many complaints about exactly this topic (with often the same suggestion that you brought up) and nothing ever happened and since the same issues come up again and again, it's safe to say: The system is working for BW. Never change a winning system. I am still waiting for the day when the dissatisfied customers actually stop paying money for Cartel Coins. I was dissatisfied with it maybe 2 years ago or so and I stopped spending money on CC. Nowadays I do it again, occassionally and with reason, because I am more satisfied with the game again. Because suggestions are open to comments, like any other forum (it is the whole point of a forum) The reason people care about the suggestions of others is because not all suggestions are good ones, and even if not a bad suggestion, if BW were to spend resources implementing something that might be allocated to something said commenters would rather see, they're not going to be inclined to support it As for this particular suggestion, the reason it raises the ire of individuals is because it has been discussed to death already on these forums (which if you really wanted to get picky about what a forum is used for, would have been found by a simple search), and has a simple solution (selling unopened packs, buying on GTN). Also, as soon as the words "I deserve" enter into a suggestion (or any post on these forums for that matter), you are asking for trouble. Same could be said of RL to for that matter. [A little background] I have made previous suggestions/reviews here. My prior one was for hypercrates, I explained what would encourage me to buy more in the future. I have not bought them since. I tried this knew legendary pack, I am very well aware of the risk, or I would not spend the money. I purchased a bunch of them, a few that I did not open till after this post, and have decided I will not buy these again either. I posted my suggestion and feedback and explained what would encourage me to buy them again in the future and get this, I posted it in a suggestion forum! Who would have thought people would do such things? C.) You are argumentative for the sake of being argumentative. This is all the time I can give to this, in the hope that you chill out. But I know you wont. When I purchase the next new pack that comes out and it also feels like a bad buying experience, expect a post here. So, you have purchased packs/hypercrates before and you KNOW they are not guaranteed to "drop" tat shiny you covet, no matter how many of them you open, yet you still CHOOSE to purchase and then open packs and then come to the forums complaining that you didn't get that shiny you wanted and "suggesting" that BW find some way to "protect" you? From who do you need "protecting"? Yourself? It has been said many times before, but if you really want that shiny, and insist on purchasing packs, the best thing to do is to sell the unopened packs, then use the credits gained to purchase that shiny.
