Customer Service ticket? You won't be able to transfer the item from one character to another, but you can unlock it to collect a set on the other characters, if you were meaning "I can't mail it to my other char" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

"I can't mail it to my other char"- It's bound (like from a DvL achievement rewarded pack), you need to equip it to the owner character (the whole set) and then you can pay the unlock fee for your collections to unlock the set for all characters. I ask because even though they are bound by default, unless you equip all the pieces in the set, I would not count on them showing as unlockable in collections. If you have in fact equipped all the armor pieces on one character and it does not show as unlockable in collections, then you definitely need to bug report it. Got several blasters and sabers that will not unlock, but upon looking, the names the same but the rarity badge is different. Ons in collections are bronze, but the ones from DvL are silver.
