How come a bug impacting 100% of the player base and having such a high visibility hasn't been prioritized in the top 3 and hot fixed yet? If at least we'd have an official statement. "Yes, we are aware of the preview window bug, it will be fixed in patch 4.x, and upon applying said fix, it will then break something else unrelated and just as annoying, which we won't fix for another few months, and upon applying the fix for that, it will then break something else unrelated and just as annoying, and so on and so on." You can tell if the preview window will work or not by going to your collections. If the game is showing you all the armor available in collections the preview window will work.
