The reason for this is because the lekku of Twilek shadows/assassins clips through their dualsabers (when running with dualsaber ignited). This should result in an amputation. Thanks. I would not be surprised if one or both of her Lekkus was fake, and she'd been in a horrible podracing accident as a child where they got crushed.
