I actually just started having this problem as of the most recent patch, so rather than fixing something it was broken, for me.

I just found the email in my trash folder, since I'd deleted it but fortunately not emptied my email trash yet.

What do you do if you got this email and deleted it without reading it? I was in a move recently and was keeping my folders clear for all the U-Haul, storage and mover emails and had no idea there was a reward in the email

Will there be any way to reacquire a companions starting gear that may have been vendored, for appearance purposes?

I've been in the Wildstar beta for a few months now and really enjoy it, I've pre-ordered and plan on playing with some friends. That said, I'll also still be subbed to SWTOR and playing it also. It will even be my primary MMO, Wildstar being the second. Wildstar is actually replacing WoW for me and my friends

Well, that's terribly disappointing. I do appreciate, however, that it was looked into quickly and acknowledged. That's my plans for the weekend shot so since I've gotten everything done for the week I wanted on my mains it becomes Wildstar beta time for me Hopefully they institute a double xp weekend sooner than later so I can level up these alts quicker than 6 months from now lol.

Yep, I was wondering why I was barely getting any extra xp at all on the one run of KDY I did. That was my entire plan for the weekend for 2-3 toons, so looks like it's back to doing something other than leveling lol.
