The Jungle Camo one, the Casino event one, Czerka one, and one from a Cartel pack that I don't remember the name of. Haven't checked all my characters yet, may well be more. Additional info (check on your chars too): Holoprojections inside strongholds, when you have HK summoned appears with customization and with previous weapon. This is especially damaging, as several of them were using weapons from the old 1.X-era endgame vendors (my Powertech's HK-51 was using theLightlance Rifle from the Agent Tionese vendor, for example). docbenwayddo Posted February 11, 2016 Share Posted February 11, 2016 Not only did I lose the Jungle, BH-7X and Czerka customs that varied some of my HK-51s had equipped, I also lost ALL of the HK customs banked on 8 characters. Two of my HKs are missing the BBA customisations (2x50 CBCs' worth, to put the cost of the loss into perspective, have you ANY idea just how long it takes to get these?), others are missing Czerka customs, and others are missing their dread master customs (but these can be regained as easily as the Treek ones can). All of my HKs on BC are missing their charged blaster rifles, as are some of mine on the Progenitor. Would it've been so hard to send an Item recovery email to everyone who lost things, containing the lost items? Some of this missing stuff is CARTEL MARKET stuff. Do they realise this? If stuff bought with real money is going walkabout, who is going to shell out for your shiny packs? Not me, that's for sure. Thanks, but you neglected to mention that it's not just customisations, it's the weapons as well, weapons that aren't the Scoped Assassinator or Treek's Bowcaster. One person here said they had an old Tionese gear MH... Incidentally, for troopers, pieces of Tanno Vik's gear end up in the inventory, it would be something if the HK-51/Treek customisation/weapon sets had ended up there, too. Lost, and highly probably unrecoverable (I'm always a pessimist when it comes to item recovery and no such email having been sent, unlike with 4.0 and usual unavoidable item loss issues). sentientomega Posted February 13, 2016 Share Posted February 13, 2016 I'd imagine all they'll have to do is look at our characters' Treeks and HK-51s to see what they used to have before 4.1 (I'm pretty sure it was base 4.1 and not the hotfix when this happened), because I logged into one of my BH-7X chars when 4.1 came down, and it was gone then.
