CrazyCT
Now that we have different slots for all our cosmetic needs, can we have keybindings to swap them in and out? I like to wear different costumes for different situations - 'casual' for running around fleet, 'semi-casual' for solo missions, 'armoured' up for doing OPs, and 'fancy' for going into cut-scenes. It would also be good (if you have enough slots) for having a hooded robe in one slot and a hood down in another (I'm thinking of the pre-SoR flashpoints rewards ones) that you could switch between to show the hood up/down. Erevan_Kindelar
We have the different Appearance slots at the moment, which do basically that job. Although each does need to be bought. It gives me something similar - several outfits for whether I am flirting with a romance option, talking to the Jedi Council, or showing storyline NPCs how to do their jobs. CrazyCT
Yes, I use the different appearance slots - what I'm looking for is a keybind for them. Rather than have to go into my char sheet, pick the outfit I want, then click 'Apply', I want to just press a button on my keyboard. I also play LotRO, and they have keybindings for outfits (I use the keys at the top of the keypad), so to quickly change outfit (for example to lower your hood) you can just press /, *, or -. Rankyn
As long as they don't assign it to a key by default, I'd be fine with it. I hate it when they add new features that steal a previously unused key from me that I had been using for something else.

Lamendra
I will second this even though it is a bit dated. Searched for a good hour and came upon this. Cheers.
SSBragancia
Never going to happen now that EA has moved SWTOR maintenance from Bioware to third party Broadsword (2023). Unfortunately. This is such a great idea. 😭 Edited December 10, 2023 by SSBragancia misdated
