I hold out hope finally I know as of last night my ticket was still outstanding but I only created it on 19/12. Now that you mention it, I was wondering where that mask went. ...I don't actually remember ever getting Kallig's Lightsaber, not even with my original Sorcerer. ...guess it's time to file a bug report for that. WorldSmasher Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) I placed my bug report ticket on 28 Dec 2015, and stated that I wanted BW to send my toon her Kallig's Countenance, and Kallig's Lightsaber. During the chat, the customer service rep mailed my SI character her items. So, I got both Kallig's Countenance, and Lord Kallig's lightsaber. This just happened, like a few minutes before I posted this. I asked if they were gonna fix it. The customer service rep said, they were working on it, and apologized, because it is probably gonna be a while before they actually do fix it. The customer service rep said that if you play the SI toon, and don't get those rewards to post a ticket, and they will send those to you in the mail. I made a ticket for the gun my smuggler was supposed to get at end of chapter 1. They told me it was removed because of the changes to the mission rewards and they wont give it to me. I think that happened because they made (I forgot his name) the companion you get on Ord Mantel, to use blaster rifles or sniper rifles. The companion was unable to equip blaster pistols anymore. So, you don't get "Torchy" anymore. There was a huge outcry because of that, but I don't know if BW reversed themselves and let the companion to equip with pistols again. I was told each time that the quests were bugged and the items should have been rewarded. I was given each item in the mail. it took about one week or so for a response.
