  1. Same. I bookmarked straight into General. General is where I find most of the information I'm looking for, and where I post most of my comments and such. Maybe I'll look around the other categories to see if it would be worth bookmarking.
  2. 10 green or blue scraps PLUS 1000 credits for 1 blue or purple scraps is TOO MUCH when they add that 1000 credits. It should be either or. 10 craps or 1000 credits. Asking for both 10 scraps AND 1000 credits? That's too expensive.
  3. Well, he is called "Imperial Deserter," not spy... The thing that is getting me is that the NPC is not related to any quests, or story line or anything. He just seems to be there.
  4. Oh, wow! That's an awful deal! That's totally NOT worth it!
  5. You know what might be interesting? If they added the KOTOR 1 & 2 planets with a long quest chain that has you retrace the steps of Revan the way an archaeologist would trace the steps of a famous historical figure. That way you get a kind of synopsis of the KOTOR stories, which would make the SWTOR environment a little richer. Maybe some of the planet quests will be because of something Meetra or Bastilla or some other character did 300 years ago, and it's still affecting current day politics or environment or something, and you've got to fix whatever it is or at least mitigate it - 300 years later.
  6. Why not just dress your character up in a rebreather headslot item for Quesh, and put some thick clothes on your toon for Hoth? Why add a slot that don't do nothing but adds a layer of "You can't do quests on that planet until you buy one of those things on the GTN for 1,000,000,000,000,000 credits, 'cause the one the NPC gives you only lasts for two hours, and you gotta find another one to spend more time on the planet doing quests, but they are a rare drop, so you really gotta buy one on the GTN?"
  7. Nah. There's a Jawa in the Cartel Bazaar. You give him scrap, he gives you credits.
  8. Yeah, you're right. That's not what I want. I don't want a thousand credits. I want to trade green scrap for blue and blue scrap for purple - and visa versa. That's why I was very specific about what it was I wanted.
  9. When we come to a stop in front of a table, cantina bar, bush, boulder, or any other object. Train our companions not to climb up on top of those things. I pull up to a bar at a cantina. The barkeep doesn't want to serve us anything because he thinks my companion is drunk as a skunk, jumping up on top and acting the fool. It's embarrassing!
  10. I'd like to see a Jawa Scrap exchange vendor on Fleet. Turn in 10 blue scrap for 1 purple scrap. Turn in 10 green scrap for 1 blue scrap. And the reverse, too. Turn in 1 purple scrap for 10 blue scrap. Turn in a blue scrap for 10 green scrap.
  11. If we got the THORN containment armor set originally, shouldn't it be in Collections under "Special Events?"
  12. Perhaps, depending on the level of the character, the breadcrumb could lead to a new quest on a different planet in a different upgrade. Like, for example, a level 70 toon, might get a breadcrumb from a holocron on Tatooine for a quest on Zakuul, or Dantooine. Meanwhile, a level 32 character would only get breadcrumbs to new content in vanilla SWTOR (might have to level up a bit if the quest was on Corelia, though). Hey! Aren't enough of us paying a sub, or buying stuff from the Cartel Market that it could be worth it to do it? Or aren't there enough, and they are secretly talking about shutting down all of the servers in the next couple of years?
  13. I wish there was a way to have multiple legacies tied to one account. Because it's the gold sellers who have multiple accounts to do the gold selling/transfers. This way, if a legacy is involved in gold selling, BIOWARE would know which account it was and terminate all of the legacies by terminating the one account.
  14. I don't know if this is true for all such armors, but I've noticed vendors in out of the way locations that I never paid any attention to. On a few occasions, I stopped to see what they had, and noticed a few armor sets that one would find on NPCs. I didn't get any of them, because I wasn't interested, but these vendors are scattered throughout the galaxy. Again, I don't know if they sell all of the armors that NPCs wear.
  15. Does anyone know anything about this NPC? It's an Imperial soldier in full armor, hiding on a small hill with trees on it. He's on Alderaan, near House Thul's side of House Panteer's hiding spot. What's this guy's story? Does anyone know?
  16. I've started saving my starting outfits and uniforms, because now you can add them to outfits. I even got one of my toons wearing the super low level armors from the starting world planets. It's easy. However, getting the armors worn by specific NPC quest givers and the like. That would be interesting...
  17. Jedi lead very boring, plain lives. So, they wouldn't be the sort to get a tattoo. Sith, on the other hand... You wouldn't see the body scars and tattoos with a lot of the armor styles, but that's fine. The armor styles that do expose parts of the body would allow the scars and tattoos to be seen. I like this idea. The existing scars only show up on the face. I'd like for there to be additional face scars that extend to the scalp, neck and throat.
  18. If hunting down the holocrons again is a pain to you, then don't do it. I like going to the holocrons, but I get disappointed that I only get the "you can't do crap with this holocron." message. At least, if we got a breadcrumb for a special mission, a stronghold decoration (bound to Legacy), or some kind of special purple world drop item (bound to character), that would be nice.
  19. The new system draws from every old crate which makes getting the specific items you're trying to get very, very, very f#%$cking hard to get. If the old crates came back, even on a weekly or monthly rotation schedule, it would be easier to get the specific items that you want which are specific to that crate.
  20. I like hunting the parts.... It's like a high tech Easter egg hunt. With bad guys you have to clear out of the way so that they don't bother you while you work... Besides. If you want to skip the quest all together, then just buy the unlock for 1,000,000 credits. Easy.
  21. How about, after a player finds all of the holocrons on a planet, the characters on that Legacy can interact with the holocron, but instead of a message that they can't do anything with the holocron, how about giving random prizes, from suitcases full of credits, to rare side quests that can only be obtained by going to the holocron. Example: A Legacy has already discovered all of the holocrons on Alderaan. A player takes a new character and goes through the effort of visiting one of the holocrons. The character is given a breadcrumb that leads to a quest giver that gives the quest. Or the player character gets a satchel full of blue and purple quality matts. Or the character gets a purple quality world gear drop. Or the player character gets a random decoration for their stronghold.
  22. After going to the Bazaar on fleet, I was disappointed to find that the Jawa that converts the scrap, only converts it to credits. 10 blue or purple scrap for 1000 credits. There was another Jawa there, hidden behind a bunch of hardware, he wants 500 purple scrap for in exchange for a buff that improves the drop rate of Syndicate Plans.
  23. Good to know! I'll head out there later today, then!
  24. That's not the point. As a paid subscriber, BIOWARE shouldn't be charging us any kind of money to uncap GTN slots.
