Kintosi Posted November 11, 2015 Share Posted November 11, 2015 The rakghoul event raid boss encounter normall bolsters all players to max level so that all players eligable for the event (25+) may participate. This time, the boss level was in fact increased to 65, but the bolster remains at level 60. This results in players under level 60 being unable to damage the boss. Open-world should be scaled to level sync. Not saying your wrong to worry, but different situation. The rakghoul and its relevant phases don't have level sync. However, the problem is that the bolster doesn't go high enough it seems. The only solution is take a group of 65s only, at least as it stands now.
