I mained an assault vanguard for the first 4 months of the game and I loved it, especially the hybrid melee/ranged nature of the spec. I came back 2 years ago and have mained a guardian since but I miss the old vanguard playstyle. So my question is "how much is tactics like the original assault spec"? Very much, a little bit or not at all? Do ye find the spec to be fun (In relation to original assault playstyle)? How about the current assault spec? Thanks guys. If you replace gut with incendiary missile, you pretty much would have a exact clone of vanilla Pyro, only with the cell burst mechanic tacked on.
