  1. Sync queuing is a pretty minor issue in ranked this expansion. I have absolutely no interest in playing ranked anymore with all the hackers, trolls and people purposely throwing games for faster cxp. Honestly if you still like ranked this expansion, then sync queuing is really the only way to have some fun in it tbh. Rating means nothing anymore, top 3 titles have solely belonged to cheaters for years now and have no worth as such. I don't know if MVPs are syncing but if they are, honestly can you blame them with the current state of ranked? No harm done imo.
  2. Sadly, that's where I'm at too. Resubbed about 3 weeks ago, played for a few hours and haven't played since. Zero desire to log on and pvp, once this sub ends, I'm done for good. Before I go, just want to give a shout out to Infiltrados guild and it's members, ye kept PvP (especially ranked) fun on repside and is always a pleasure to play with ye guys.
  3. I think you just discovered Biowares master plan for PvP.
  4. I think they're working on a new arena only feature where if you die as a sorcerer, one of your team mates is automatically resurrected.

    2.5k DPS???

As a vigilance guardian I'll regularly hit 2.5k+ DPS. In a long match, 3.5k+ is common and if the stars align I can push as far as 4.3k (although that is very rare). As a burst spec its much harder to hit those numbers and as far I can recall, I don't think I've ever seen a burst spec above 3.5k.
  6. The biggest problem is getting your team to focus in the first place. If you have a team that will focus, you'll probably win, regardless of target. This is probably my biggest frustration with solo queue. There's almost always one (or more) that will just completley ignore the strategy just discussed and most likely cost you the game. This will be followed by a childish rage at you when you call them out on it. Solo queue, good times, much fun.
  7. That is a common misconception. Enraged defence will not save you while taking 20k+ DPS. Now you do need a good team to pull this off, but I've seen it done many times. Besides even if you fail the stunlock kill, you will still burn down the jugg quickly. Not always the best option but they are often the best kill target. It's just hard to convince people to even try it, it seems to be accepted now that juggs should always be left until last.
  8. Juggs are tricky tbh. If you're team is good and can chain stun, then the jugg won't last 10 seconds. If you're team can't do that, then I would just leave the jug until last. It's all situational really. A skilled merc in tatooine canyon should not be focused first, the same merc in orbital station is as good as dead though. So many factors to take into consideration.
  9. Depends on how good they are. After a few days of ranked, you'll get to know the other players. To answer your question, yes ideally you would nuke the vg first. However, if he's a good kiter and your team fails to lock him down, that's a loss straight away. Seen this many times. You just have to judge these things game to game. That's why I'm a fan of nuking the jugg first, if your team can focus, then he'll go down fast and nothing can be done about it.
  10. I'll add my 2 cents. Find it odd that juggs are on the end of almost everyone's kill list. After (bad)Mercs, juggs are the easiest kill target in game. No escapes and defences can be bypassed by stunlock. Played literally hundreds of games last season and the majority of losses came from me being tunneled to death first. Snipers are now officially tankier than juggs this season and would be 3rd on kill order. The above applies to vigilance, if they're focus/rage specced I would rate them no1 on kill list. In the end though kill order will depend on your team comp and the most important thing you can do is agree on a target and focus him (even if you don't agree).
  11. Yeah, its worth getting all 4, people don't rebuff often enough in warzones.
  12. Sounds like you're missing a class buff. Finish chapter 2 on a smuggler or agent.
  13. You're not. Every time I queue, I hope to get a premade on other side. If even half your team is competent, you can get a win. Best feeling ever. I really don't understand a lot of players who only want easy games and free wins.
  14. Beating premades in a pug is one of the most fun things you can do in this game. I love going up against premades. Sure sometimes you get a useless team and just get stomped for the entire match but that's just PvP for you. The only issue I have with premades atm is sorc healers. They're being stacked and given their current God mode status, this isn't fun to play against and on certain maps, its completely unbeatable.
  15. Great gameplay as usual. All scrappers really should watch your videos.
