I have the security key and play the game in more than one place. I really would rather not have to carry the dongle/key fob everywhere I go. I really don't want to lose it, but I feel I should have it.

So I guess what I am saying is, support the #3 phone OS BioWare. It only makes sense.

There's one more reason i want the security key app for WP.

I was told on the phone that my country (Portugal) will never have a physical security key available. I waited from 19 december to 19 February for the order lol.

Having said that, and as a windows phone user, i would really like to have a Security Key App for WP.

Ty.

That is just outrageous..

I wonder how much effort would be needed to create such an app for an experienced developer.

3-4 hours?

... They answer with basic stuff that you know already...

Yeah, but what do you expect? It's not like the guy sending that is a high level developer with BW or EA. It's some Comp Sci student looking to break into the biz working at a support center. Things like release dates are kept secret from the likes of him. If they ever release it for WP7 (which would be awesome!), you'll get the news from a press release meant to send EA and BW's stock up a hundredth of a point.

 Why they don't release things like this on every platform imaginable is a mystery to me. More platforms, logic leads me to believe, means more purchases, which means more money.

But as a WP7 user (and fan), the limited marketplace and being left in the cold from developers is just something I've grown accustomed with. Microsoft is really dropping the ball by not reaching out and incentivizing WP7 app development; at least until it rivals Android or iOS (which it could).

+1 Here for a WP7 security key app.

According to the credits on the Android App they're using VASCO Digipass Mobile, which has a Windows Mobile variant, the name for all Windows phones until version 6.5. It also explains why they can do B-Berrys, VASCO has a B-berry API.

But, no WP7 variant. So the absence of a key app for WP7 doesn't come from Bioware, but from their choice of security key vendors.
