He has no idea and obv has a l2p issue i main a merc heals for pvp sure surviveability is a bit off but i still manage to get 1mil+you heals so yes they are still really bursty and good . You cant just give up i get focused alot even more on merc ive been healing with merc since i started yhis game. Tho i play my sorc and op more .
