Nothings worse than loading in as an AP or Tactics and its all DPS. Any tips to share regarding DCDs, HO, etc?

Honestly man, you probably should consider going tank or leveling up a different class. being dps as a PT in yolos is stupid.

now that thats out the way, some real suggestions!

Realistically this isn't a guide to using AP DcDs, because they are all general mitigation effects, and properly using that type of DcD is something done by instinct.

Although you should really consider staying in the back until the teams are engaged so that you can avoid eating the initial focus fire.

This is pretty much true, in best case scenarios. It gets more complicated when the enemy has multiple stealth.

When faced against those odds, try to charge into the fray with a tight group formation, trying to apply pressure, forcing them to react to your group. It sounds crazy, and is completely the opposite mind set, I know... but it often enough works.

Be sure to hit your defencives *right* before the tension of their onslaught becomes real. Rely on your instincts about where they are and you might even catch them with a lucky stealth scan. Surprisingly enough, they'll hit you with your energy shield already up and your adrenal, which helps mitigate the inevitable autocrits. As soon as your defencives are gone, if you're still alive, use your cc's and hope your team is better than you are lmao.

Additionally, they'll all pop on you in a fairly tight group, be sure to use sonic missile, for it will benefit your team's tight group formation with its range. It might even assist with avoiding damage.

In the end, realise and accept that you'll probably die first, but give them hell before you do, bring one of them down with you.

Sins are still abundant, but there are a lot more dps operatives lately I've found. A trick to get one off your back is to use explosive dart on one of them, he'll usually roll away, buying yourself some time. Of course immediately switch to another target and then use thermal detonator as the first real attack of your rotation... In between the plethora of cc's you'll be eating, get magnetic blast and energy burst unloaded. Spam your shield cannon when your stunned....if it's plain to see they won't be wasted on evasion or shroud.
