We do not expect the servers to be down more than a maximum of an hour, and they will likely be available much sooner. Be happy that Bioware/EA is doing maintenance to fix login issues and giving an estimated time...if they didn’t do that than there would be a serious issue. I am not defending EA/Bioware, but as someone who works in computing, I can say that it is not a cool thing to have comments in a forum downgrading a game company for doing maintenance. When it comes to computer related actions...things will NEVER go perfectly according to plan, not ever. Sometimes it's longer but often the time is less than expected. Some players just can't figure out the different time zones.
