teclado Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 Yeah, but that would be pay2win to an extent. You can't have legacy unlocks for gear. You can have legacy unlocks for things that simply modify your appearance, but implants and relics do not affect your appearance at all. Unless they decided to add some sort of eye glow effect that is based on which relic you have equipped or something like that.
