Best bet, spend a bit of Cartel Coins on some CM crystals for your toon, they unlock in the collection, so you can overwrite and take them out again whenever you want. It helps with threat and is nice boost to Guardian/Jugg tanks. You can use Crit if it helps. Though a lot of dps specs have autocrits so excess Crit rating can be a bad thing. Except you need all the endurance you can get as a tank in HM content. If people are giving up actual defense stats to get more health, giving up health to get more threat when you have 18 seconds of perma-taunt to start any fight is just plain stupid.
