BugshotGG Posted February 12, 2015 Share Posted February 12, 2015 Hello, I have seen many posts and settings about swtor tweaked via the .ini file but none seems to solve the problem of the grass draw distance which really sucks and needs some increment. I have checked: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/951199-star-wars-the-old-republic/61343050?page=10 and http://www.ign.com/wikis/star-wars-the-old-republic/SWTOR.INI_Tweaks After some tests I didnt found any solution. Can someone help me here? Also the graphic file that was used in version 1.x Graphics_Mirror.ini no longer exists. Thanks in advance. Hoping to get a Staff reply... sakica Posted February 13, 2015 Share Posted February 13, 2015 I started playing again and this grass draw distance is absolutely horrible. Sotmax Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 (edited) One solution is to lower the grass quality to be able to render faster but this is not my way of things. Other one is to run compatibility for xp as engine is from last decade but thts not my way either. I just install dx9 libs and problem seems to reduced. I think the game is great but suffers from graphics engine. There is no option for the grass distance draw. Thats why I am asking the TA to answer... You post links in google that I have in my first post here...
