Since it's NiM EC, the chance of a mount and decoration dropping is (combining all bosses) pretty much guaranteed to happen. Regulations? If you are after just the mount you don't need to hire any one. You don't need tanks anymore because of the level gap, and you only need a couple DPS due to the mechanics.
