Reported spam emails now can't submit any tickets

As recommend by the team at SWTOR I have flagged every one of my spam emails to help catch spammers. Now I can't submit any support tickets because it says that I have too many tickets open. What the heck? What am I supposed to do now about the issues I'm having? :mad: Edited by chosonman

While I am not to that point yet, I might be soon. I have spam reports from 12/18 that haven't been closed yet. HOnestly, I think they don't bother with them anymore, they just ban them or whatever but dont' reply to us? I don't know... but I might just end up closing them myself and just deleting the mails without bothering to report them if they are just going to sit there and clutter up my tickets...
