Now I can't submit any support tickets because it says that I have too many tickets open. What the heck? What am I supposed to do now about the issues I'm having? While I am not to that point yet, I might be soon. I have spam reports from 12/18 that haven't been closed yet. HOnestly, I think they don't bother with them anymore, they just ban them or whatever but dont' reply to us? I don't know... but I might just end up closing them myself and just deleting the mails without bothering to report them if they are just going to sit there and clutter up my tickets... Says there was an error.. looks like I need to open up another ticket to tell them to get off their behind and take care of all the spam tickets.
