SkuaSeptember Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 Once again, the Heroic Moment Cooldown/Duration is not being modified by completing all conversations/quests/10000 affection with companions. According to this thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=746315 This was first reported nearly 6 months ago, with a promise FROM BIOWARE that it would be addressed in a patch within 3 days. Here we are, and still no fix! If you're not going to bother fixing the thing, please just change the tool tip so that it's not looking like it's bugged! Dbohrius Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 Last time I found a workaround by maxing conversations for the Imperial Agent companions, as they were giving the bonuses. But since the bug hit again in 3.0, I'm back to 20 min cooldown and 1 minute duration, and no way to regain the bonuses on my main Legacy... I'm not ok with the fact that this issue is not documented in the Stickied thread - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=778919 or here - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=733212 unless it's being counted under "A number of Achievements do not grant as intended." Since this problem was reported at least 6 months ago, this leads me to believe that either A) It's not supposed to work or B) BW doesn't really care that it's broken. AttonStarkiller Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 I have had all companions unlocked and my heroic moment's cooldown is 20 minutes, not 15. Also the duration is only 60 seconds when it used to be 2 minutes. Please give us an update on this issue and when we can expect it to be resolved. SkuaSeptember Posted December 19, 2014 Author Share Posted December 19, 2014 So here we are, the "bugfix" update was done (and thanks for fixing the missing decorations!) but we still have the 20 minute cooldowns and 1 minute durations. It's at the point that I doubt that it's getting fixed. But can we please get some sort of response from BW? The way this issue has not been addressed since JULY says enough that the company doesn't give a s&^t about their "Legacy Rewards". The way that new content is being added that BREAKS existing content shows a complete lack of understanding about the development cycle of software.
