  1. 4-man premades are back into the menu! It must be hard for them to drop all those "friends" from pre 7.2.1 8-man groups.
  2. I think they just removed bolster, forgot about de-bolster and then fired the person who coded it. So you left with this crap as no one can fix this mess.
  3. I tried to replicate this and all i got is 20-30% of average health bar with 16-14sec pause at best, yeah after this you can add a bit more but not 150-200k. I dont have legendary augs, but i dont think that damage with them will jump x3 times. Also i never seen this kind of damage from sorcs in the regular warzones... So yeah - mad sorcs are strong, but I call bs on this one OR i dont have brain cells even at reptilian level.
  4. It is amazing how they decided to touch the scoreboard UI (only to hide solo kills and remove that highly "toxic" MVP feature) without even knowing hot to fix it. So before 7.2.1 it was broken but usable and now it is almost competely unusable unless you wait everyone quit.
  5. Yesterday I played like 5-6 warzones before they killed the servers, but haven't seen any premades. But i think that we need to play way more to be sure. Also, after some time, when not so stubborn premades will disappear... then one really stubborn 7-8 man premade can just wait and make it back into pug-playground as Bioware haven't fixed the system but just slapped band-aid on top of it.
  6. Well, idk what to say... welcome to 7.0 skill tree i suppose? Thanks to Bioware's infinite wisdom you cant have good ol' toolset everyting at once on most classes, but saying that mercs and juggs is the least mobile classes vs other is a manipulation at this point, because other classes also need to sacrifice something to get enhanced mobility.

  8. They dont care. I repeat - they dont care. It is just some worker, maybe even 2-3 of them, like a whole team, "working" at PvP and the general class balance only to get his salary at the end of the month. Oh man... -Healers are no better compared to tanks if not guarded and if tank will decide to kite like an adequate healer will do in the same case (people always forget it somehow, like meh that tank melted too fast without heals... well no sh*t if he was focused with 4 or more semi-competent players in the middle of nowhere)... I agree that skilled dedicated healers can do cool things from time to time, but hey, how many dedicated metigation tanks you know? Yeah. -Juggs are not immobile at all with all these hops and slides... 1 jump, 1 friendly jump, one slide, one immunity if specced into it, one root breaker/speed buff! Like what else do you need? Phase walk? -And mercs are so mobile you cant even imagine (as i see that you never tried to make them mobile) especially if Rocket Out will proc third time right after the second while bieng attacked. 🚀
  9. I may agree with madness to the point, but only because of bugged tactical and somewhat overpowered self-heals. But this one? Are you kidding right? You could just say in the title: hey guys, i am a merc player that can beat almost everyone but mad sorcs, please nerf them. And adding poor marksman spec after the mercs does not make your claim more justified. And i dont even play on my arseanl merc that often to say this.
  10. It is a flawed argument because the game have a population even for mids (well... at least for one match at time... most of the time). So i am 100% sure there will be no problems with solo queue at 80. Alternatively it might even bring more 📈players into that damned solo queue because silly pug players will not be stomped so hard with premades and maybe even be able to finally learn how to play without this pressure. Premades will suffer, but do you want to care about the majority or the annoying minority? Guess who is who by yourself. inb4 "It is an MMO and we just want to play with our "friends" why should we suffer with longer or non-existent queues!"
  11. Can i ask you why? You want to play vs premades exclusively? Because that is how you get it. They have initiative to play at any terms, anyone else do not...
  12. But if you play objectives you get a lot of medals and a chance to win that session and finish weekly faster... People will just drop games more often at the very beggining if it will become medal based. I mean you cannot force AFK player to play actively, they dont want to... especially not vs 7-8 man premades.
  13. Please have mercy! With the new objective-based-medals-rules in some games you cannot even touch objectives (as a solo player) so you will stuck with these damned weeklies for months if they change it.
  14. Of course they need more data/metrics. They need three months of declining queues to get that obvious information because more than decade of warzones data and over 9000 whining threads on these long forgotten forums is not enough. And of course they will read all that metrics wrong even after season "two" ends. Typical Bioware Austin. The people who asked about separate queues were just day dreaming. But not reducing max groups back to 4-man at max is just shows how asi... stubborn Bioware is. Because it will not hurt anything* but to Bioware's ego, as they dont want to admit their own mistakes so "quickly". *Also i just want to remind that 8 man "groups" were possible way before 7.2 - these ash... "team-minded" players just needed way more work to queue-sync two 4-man groups. But right now they can just tap a button and be totally non-toxic to poor solo players in the same queue.

  16. You may be good so that you can carry a bunch of bad-to-average randoms most of the time with your awesome skills (which is doubtful, since you are not even a full-stealth class). Or you may be just lucky to not meet good premades very often. Heck, with enough luck you can be always at 8th spot of 7-man premade ! And RNG can be really harsh at times - for example i have most of my chars in 55-60% range and one dps in 20%. In no way in the world i am this bad with said chararacter. Also i bet that 7-8 man premades, as a team, have way more than 66%, i would say 85-90% win rate. But anyway - i will just paraphrase some popular quote - if you don't see the problem then you are part of the problem.

Well relax then - this will never happen, not with these devs. These devs will remove MVP votes from scoreboard instead, because showing unrequested appreciation is more toxic than pug stomping!

    Nice, please bring more of these aggressive juveniles. We need em so much. All I see is that premades teach pugs to leave, give up early and just do some dps on the same node, swear in chat (since some solo regstars can still blame their own group, despite the apparent lack of dps, or healing, or all of this at once) and/or afking at one node. None of this is needed to be good at PvP.

    I got the whole story, but the one could stop just right here. In that sh-tty allegory premades are not your bull elephants but aggressive juveniles. And these cool bull elephants are buried deep underground, somewhere near the 8x8 ranked. Also, these aggressive juveniles can't teach anyone because they don't have teaching skills. They have rage and nothing can stop them. And the last one - SWTOR PvP is not a national park, but a local zoo with broken fences and without caretakers. 1/10 for bending that story to your side.
  20. These devs dont need any surveys, they always know better. Years after years, new devs comes in old devs moving out, but the rule of almost total ignorance is still there, the mojo of Bioware Austin.
  21. Roll more, sprint more and get that entrench 50% speed utility and roll reset on counter measures. You cant just sit and do some pew pew anymore, not in 7.0-7.2. Aslo almost every class is gutted to the ground. "Pruned" for the sake of simplicity (or may i say to reduce the cost of development?). While in WoW you get more abilities than you need and players are happy to use them.

It is not a question for the devs. There is no questions for them anymore. But for real? Dont f touch what you cannot fix. Dont f touch what is not broken. These rules are pretty primitive and settled in IT business for sht ton of years, and yet here we are...
  23. Hmm i got every possible combination on my first blue dismantle as a force user, even the barrels. Maybe it was different in the past? Also, have you checked Show All option in the second menu-filter while browsing through Zeek goods?
  24. Well i expected something different, something really broken - like long queues or no pops at all. But in this case, if you are really sure about how it works, then it is only Bioware to blame for. Why? Because in WoW you would sit forever (not so long as a tank but still...) in queue if you do exact same thing as i described, so the system will not force anyone into your group and just rotate randoms in all other dungeons until they hit that one dungeon you selected...
  25. Butthurted a lot, havent explained how can one player ruin anything while using the official tools made by the mighty Bioware. And even then - Bioware made pure PvP gearing miserable and almost impossible for any sane person, so blame them not me. But they will eventually ban you if you do this, so yeah you better blame me instead. I never said you need to do this in DPS gear, so yeah another pointless butthurt. Expected from "the rest of us" mentality though.
