I'd even switch to another faction to get hammered by the team, it was a great learning experience. It had its positives and negatives, but if you're willing to leave your ego (and ridiculously cheesy strategies) at the door, it's plenty of fun! I know Rondo's group has done it and I don't think it's a terrible idea at all. Great way for friends to give you tips, recommendations and a solid challenge.
