Probably because the harbinger is the most heavily used server with a big chunk of people playing there 24/7 since it's kind of become the aussies preferred server. I'm expected to pay money for the expansion before it is released so I can level up my alts quicker but I don't have a stable server I can actually use for leveling? That makes sense. You do realize you do no have to preorder it now right?
