As far as I know the only thing you can to do to fix it yourself is to make sure the box is checked on your "Channel & Videos" tab of your "Setting" page. Whenever I finish streaming currently the video still says it's "recording", if you go look at my twitch page right now you'll see there is a video from a game i played this afternoon. It's currently at 7 hours lenght and if you keep refreshing it will just keep adding more time to the video. Because it's in the "recording" state I can't alter or upload the video at all.
