Question on the Empire's stance to Sith pureblood.

In the Empire, more often than not, you'll here about alien scum. But, this raises a question (at least for me), what about the sith race? The Sith Empire holds the ideal that humans are the master race, but the sith themselves originate from aliens. If anyone could explain why or why not the sith race is prejudiced against, I'd be grateful.

The Sith Empire as it is now came to be when the (mostly) Human dark Jedi bred with the Sith species of Korriban. As such, they stand on relatively equal standing, Pureblood sometimes held somewhat higher due to their high percentage of Force-sensitivity.

Plus, every 'Pureblood' that exists actually possesses a mixture of Human blood and that of the old Sith species, therefore they still fit in with the Empire's ideal of Human superiority.

There is a codex entry on Sith Purebloods that explains this:

Although the name "Sith" is now used by the order of Force users who call upon the dark side, the term originally referred to a Force-sensitive species of red-skinned humanoids. The term "Sith pureblood" is now used to distinguish between those descended from the species and the order itself.

The Sith species was discovered three thousand years ago on Korriban by exiled human Dark Jedi fleeing Republic space after their defeat in a war called the Second Great Schism. The Dark Jedi quickly enslaved the primitive culture, and over many generations, the two groups intermingled.

Eventually, the elite ruling class of Korriban consisted almost exclusively of the hybridized offspring of the Dark Jedi and the high priests of the Sith people. These offspring tended to exhibit the physical characteristics of their Sith parentage, such as red skin, yellow eyes, bony protrusions on the face or head, and fleshy tendrils dangling from the cheeks and chin. For a brief time, Sith blood was seen as a sign of weakness--but the modern Empire believes purity of heritage carries the strength of the Force.

Genetically speaking, true "pureblood" Sith are virtually extinct, but red skin is still the mark of an Imperial--almost always a Force user--who can trace his or her ancestry into antiquity.

I'd therefore say that Sith Purebloods are more highly regarded than Humans, because its a sign that your ancestors were part of the original Sith Empire, heck you might even be related to Naga Sadow. However if your human, well that's pretty much a sign of foreign blood or slave heritage, given that humans were rubbed out of the ancient Sith Empire.

Humans however are placed above aliens because pretty much every alien within the Sith Empire is a former slave and because of that probably have had an ignorant upbringing and/or weak Force heritage.

It's already been covered, I just wanted to add that perhaps the reason humans are held in such high regard is BECAUSE they interbred with the original Sith. Every Sith bloodline is "polluted" with human genetics. Sith "pureblood" or human, you can probably find members of the other race somewhere in your bloodline. As such, it's brought them to nearly equal footing. At first it probably pertained to force sensitive humans, specifically, and as time went on, both species intermingled, attitudes change and encompass both species.

It seems in the Empire humans consider themselves the master race, and sith "purebloods" consider themselves the master race. Either way, they're just happy that they aren't zabraks or twi'leks.

not spoiling where it says, but there is somewhere in game where I believe it says if The empire was whiped clean of ALL original sith blood, that it would be over 95% of the imperial population. Meaning that the majority of the entire empire at some point or another intermingled with the sith species itself.
