I don't know who is the guild owner and second fault I exit guild for credits come back again in mail. I like this game but this fault is painful and alienate me from the game and I don't know play after this crash. Only customer support can solve this problem and give my credits again. Gidrea Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 When you deposit credits and items into the guild bank, it's a donation to your guild. Customer Service isn't going to take the credits from your guild and give them to you, they don't get involved in guild management. You can try asking the guild master, but he or she is not obligated to return the credits to you. If you don't know who that is, ask someone in the guild.
