Sadishist
Think players should have one bonus ability that depends on the class they play. Say a Warrior/Guardian can use the Force to heighten their reaction time and thus improve the evasion chance of their starfighter for a short duration like Jedi did in the Clone Wars, Agents/Smugglers can make their ship go stealth for a short time or be like Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon, Inquisitor/Consular can use the Force to attack the enemy not in their line of sight, and Bounty Hunter/Trooper can do something that Boba Fett does. RCSlyman
You already sort of do have an inherent class bonus... your companion crew. Depending what your companion bonuses are, they'll lend more toward a certain ship type. Don't need classes further pigeonholed into a specific ship type than that. Gavin_Kelvar
ummm.... no. agreed. Depending on the bonus that'd either 1) force certain classes to play certain ships in order to reap the biggest bonus from their class 2) creat FotM GSF classes in addition to any FotM ships. Wainamoinen
No, disagree. One of the strengths of GS is that class imbalances don't affect it. Introducing them would be a terrible idea. There'd instantly be one class that has the best class ability, and you'd be at a disadvantage unless you rolled up one of that class as your pilot. Consider I typed "no" about three hundred times after this line. I'll save us all the effort by not doing it, just consider it done.
Sadishist
Why would one be more powerful than the other? It's like apples and oranges, both difference but neither are better.
