would be really cool if we could get some medium and deep purple for our twi'leks. IIRC, Yathura was purplish and it was really cool. other colors would be great too, though I don't know if there should be too many colors. but if there are red and blue twi'leks in the game and the lore already, then there are bound to be some purple twi'leks out there

+1 for this. I've been hoping to make a purple Twi'lek since before launch! At this point, they'd make a great CM unlock, just like the Mirialan, Chiss and Human ones.

 

(Also, Wookieepedia does list purple as one possible skin color for Twi'leks, along with brown, pink and white etc.)

They should also add more shades, rather than just flat colours. It might be hard to program (I don't know, apparently everything is extremely hard to do), but more variation would be nice.

I'd love more Twi'lek skin colors too! Especially purple, and maybe a nice light lilac color. This would be perfect for a new CM customization pack.

 

Poor Twi'lek, I've always thought their customization options were somewhat lacking. Though what I'd really love is more faces, skin color is one of the biggest visually distinguishing features for Twi'lek so I'm all for this.

Yeah, a while back I had mentioned that there are more colors of Twi'Leks than what's available in game currently.

 

And here's the list of the different colors of Twi'Leks (some was from the Twi'Lek Lexicon; I came up with names for the ones that they had not named on their website, based on words that were already in the Lexicon and were defined as being such colors):

 

Alassian Twi’Lek

They are called Alassian Twi’Leks because the word “Alas” means “sand” or “desert”. They are a minor race of Twi’Leks, and they are descended from a desert-dwelling clan that practices worship through the creation of sand circles honoring Kika’lekki. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of peach, looking like sand. An example of an Alassian Twi’Lek female is Koyi Mateil, who attends a show at the Galaxies Opera House on Coruscant. An example of a male Alassian Twi’Lek is Bib Fortuna, Jabba the Hutt’s aid, also referred to as a majordomo --- although, he’s quite a pale version of an Alassian.

 

Darian Twi’Lek

They are called Darian Twi’Leks because the word “Darap” means “stone”. They are also called Stone Twi’Leks, because they are descended from an aboveworld clan that practices worship through the creation of great stone monuments honoring Kika’lekki. Their skin color comes in a various shades and tints of brown. They are one of the five main types of Twi’Leks.

 

Kairnian Twi’Lek

They are called Kairnian Twi’Leks because the word “Kairn” means “dark” or “black”. They are a minor race of Twi’Leks, and they are descended from an underground clan that practices worship in the dark, usually at night time, and through pilgrimages to the darkside of Ryloth. Their skin color is black.

 

Lethan Twi’Lek

They are called Lethan Twi’Leks because the word “Leth” means “red”. They are a race of very rare red-skinned Twi’Leks, much like albinos in other species. They can show up in any of the five main color types and it is unknown what causes the red pigmentation. Efforts have been made to determine its cause, but it is believed to be a genetic anomaly. Most Lethans spend their entire lives in fear and in hiding due to slave owners being willing to risk anything to own one. For example, despite his corpulence, the powerful Senator Orn Free Taa can often be found with a female Lethan Twi’Lek, named Miela, draped over his shoulders.

 

Passian Twi’Lek

They are called Passian Twi’Leks because the word “Passik” means “golden” or “of gold”. They are a minor race of Twi’Leks that are descended from an aboveground clan that practices worship through the observation and use of sand in their rituals. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of yellow. Sometimes, although it’s rare, a Passian Twi’Lek can have golden skin. Usually, a Passian Twi’Lek female with golden skin will become an important figure in Twi’Lek society – such as a Kiva; or as a Kora, if the golden Passian is a male.

 

Rutian Twi’Lek

They are called Rutian Twi’Leks because the word “Ruti” means “water”. One of the five major races of Twi’Leks; they are descended from an underground clan that practices worship through the observation, use, and appreciation of water and its various forms. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of blue. Rutian Twi’Leks are identical to most other Twi’Leks in all other respects, except for their eye color. While a number of Twi’Leks tend to have red eyes, a Rutian Twi’Lek’s eye color can vary from being blue to silver or gray; and some have brown eyes.

Some examples of Rutian Twi’Leks are: Mission Vao and her brother Griff Vao; Sebulba’s attendants – the twins Ann and Tann Gella; Aayla Secura, a Jedi Knight; Senator Orn Free Taa; and Pampy, one of Orn Free Taa’s many aides.

 

Tiatian Twi’Lek

They are called Tiatian Twi’Leks because the word “Tiat” means “creative” or “artistic”. They are a minor race of Twi’Leks; they are descended from an aboveworld clan that practices worship through the creation of artwork. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of pink.

 

Tolian Twi’Lek

They are called Tolian Twi’Leks because the word “Tol” means “fire”. One of the five major races of Twi’Leks; they are descended from an underground clan that practices worship through the mastery and use of fire. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of orange. Sometimes, a Tolian can have two colors in their skintone. For example, Ayy Vida is a two-tone Tolian Twi’Lek, and often seen in the Outlander Club on Coruscant - she could be the possible offspring of a Passian Twi’Lek and Tolian Twi’Lek couple.

 

Torrian Twi’Lek

They are called Torrian Twi’Leks because the word “Torr” means “pale” or “white”. They are a minor race of Twi’Leks that are descended from an aboveworld clan that practices worship in the daylight, usually in the early morning, and through careful pilgrimages to the brightside of Ryloth. Their skin color is white. An example of a Torrian Twi’Lek would be Lyn Me, one of Jabba the Hutt’s dancers in his palace during the Rebellion against the Empire.

 

Tukian Twi’Lek

They are called Tukian Twi’Leks because the word “Tuka” means “spirit”. One of the five major Twi’Lek races; they are descended from an aboveworld clan that practices worship through spiritual devotion, prayers, and the conducting of ceremonies. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of green. Some examples of Tukian Twi’Leks are: Supi, one of Orn Free Taa’s many aides; and Oola, a dancer in Jabba the Hutt’s palace during the Rebellion against the Empire.

 

Tyrian Twi’Lek

They are called Tyrian Twi’Leks because the word “Tyri” means “music” and implies creativity. One of the five major races of Twi’Leks, they are descended from a clan that lived in aboveworld caves, much like a mix of both worlds; and they practice worship through music, dance, song and poetry. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of purple. An example of a Tyrian Twi’Lek is Lunae Minx, who is often seen in the Outlander Club on Coruscant. Suu Lawquane is another example of a Tyrian Twi’Lek.

 

Vennian Twi’Lek

They are called Vennian Twi’Leks because the word “Ven” means “silver” or “of silver”. A minor race of Twi’Leks, they are descended from an underground clan that practices worship through working with gemstones and valuable metals. Their skin color comes in various shades and tints of silver and grey.
