Less midriff baring shirts for females, please?

First, a disclaimer: I am not saying the tops that exist in the game already should be gotten rid of altogether. Also, I am not speaking from a "prudish" standpoint, but rather one from an RP/practical POV.

I have to express some disappointment in the major differences between certain tops/chest pieces on male and female characters. Namely, the 'belly shirts' that often appear with certain robes/vests/jackets. I see the male versions and think they would look cool on my female characters, only to be somewhat disappointed to find it reveals some cleavage and midriff. I understand that there are those out there who like that style, and that's fine, but I'm admittedly let down by it.

What I'd like to see in the future, either as a toggle option or something separate altogether, is less discrepancies between the Male and Female versions of some vests. To show examples:

All of those tops I would like to see the male versions on female characters, especially the Aspiring Knight armor, as I think the long sleeves/stomach wraps would look awesome on a Female Force class. I realize a toggle might be a lot of work, so perhaps in future cartel packs or special missions (i.e. Bounty Hunter Week), they could be schematic drops? Or new standalone items altogether? Just a thought.

For the record, I liked that there was no difference for the new Combatant sets in the newest Cartel/Bounty packs, which is what I'm trying to describe here:

To reiterate: I am not saying that they should be done away with altogether -as I know some people are just fine with it, and they should be able to enjoy that kind of armor on their characters if they want. Plus, I know characters like Aayla Secura and even Ahsoka Tano did set a precedent for such attire in the Order-, just that some ' gender neutral' versions of those types of robes/jackets in future updates would be appreciated. =>

Thanks for your consideration!

Actually, alot of them aren't baring midrif or breasts, just the newer ones released tend to because that is what the people have been asking for. The older level locked/type locked armor is still very modest and normal and fitting for both sexes.

Examples; nearly all trooper armor and most smugler armors, by proxy the bh/agent armors.

Nearly all robes are modest. You seem to have cherry picked very specific sets.

I actually would like to have more revealing armor....albeit better designed. The stuff we got now is kinda crap. Especially the older stuff.

I like more athletic looking clothing for my melee characters.

I would love to have the Sion top...without the asymmetric arm wrap, shoulder pad, Pteruges, or torso cloth wrap. for example. Basically just the sports bra I guess. It would look better than the relaxed tube top to me.

(Those reveler armor sets would look good with lower robes if they didn't clip so badly with the attached loin cloth.)

I hear ya Meta. Never really noticed the issue before my GF started playing. I keep laughing and asking the question "You want to put some clothes on before we go fight?" It does seem to be an issue that plagues force users more than the other classes.

More choices would be always better.

They could simply do 2 sets - revealing and classic ones (it take small amount of work to simply remove part of chest/legs) - therefore get more money (with less work) from CM.

About quest reward I don't think it going to happen... but there is no many baring ones there.
