BOUSHH ISN'T HEARD OF TILL A FEW HUNDRED CENTURIES LATER' well like I said, it couldn't be his mask specifically, but an Ubese mask that looks like it. Where would we get it from Lore wise? Well, that's why we have the Cartel Market. Can find all sorts of stuff there! Not to mention, correct me if I'm wrong, don't Ubese have a knack for trading technology? In Knights of the Old Republic II they were directly involved in part of the story of the game. There were armor models, fights, and everything. There was even a set of Ubese armor the Exile could wear, although it was a reskin of the armored flightsuit. There would definitely be precedence for the existence of an adaptive Ubese armor set, even if the Ubese themselves do not appear (at least so far) in this game.
