That statement was puzzling to me as well. i have no idea :| they say lethality is > hybrid and implied explosive probe is part of that rotation.. but EP is hard to pull off without dipping your energy. and that hybrid may come up on top (in raids) because of the presence of mutliple targets. i dont get this, what does hybrid have that lethality doesnt which makes it more favorable in multi target fights? the only one i can think of is the 2-pc pvp bonus for an extra os/flyby tick.
