Just remember you need to buy off the AH the Treasure Hunting mission card... things. I can't remember exactly what they are called off the top of my head but it is the one with (450) by it. AelixVII Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) I just got one of these in the Westwater Settlements area off a strong mob. But typically, I got it on the one of 3 alts I already have it on from a past event you used to be able to get it from. It's Bound though I can't even send it to an alt let alone sell it. What's the reason for this drop to be bound? I'm literally going to have to destroy it because it's taking up inventory space.
