I put a Cartel Market Pink/Purple War Hero Crystal in my new main hand on my sage and it did not work. With it in, my expertise was 1975. When I put the original crystal in my expertise shot back up to 2016. As of right now, just based on that, I'm guessing none of the Cartel Market War Hero Crystals bolster properly in a warzone.
