Lost everything

I just logged in to find that my level nine character is back to level one. I created an in-game ticket, but I thought I would see if anyone here has had this happen. Is there a chance he can be restored to his previous state?

Never heard of that happening, and it definitely needs a ticket! I do remember server rollbacks in the good/bad old days of SWG, where everyone would lose the last couple of hours of play, but since there isn't a 10000 page thread on the Customer Service forums, I assume this is something else

Never heard of this either one thing to check is what planet did it auto log you into. Make sure it's the planet with your level 9 character. Only thing I can think of off hand. Good luck

This is probably the issue:

you went AFK and got kicked to character select screen

was still afk and got kicked to server select screen

then logged in later and you character was 'gone'

 

but its not, most likely you just logged back into the wrong server. log into the game and if you are at the character select screen look in the bottom left corner, find SELECT SERVER and click it. then find the server that says you have 1 character on it.
