The event seems focused on PVP (as it's on Ilum), and it'd be nice to have it be somewhat accessible to the PVE crowd as well. Having turn-ins using tradeskill materials, like from Investigation, Bioanalysis, etc, would take a lot of those things out of the economy and storage boxes and give PVE'rs a way to participate. From a game perspective it would also make sense - the Gree are technological and weapons specialists - materials from Scavenging (or better yet, Investigation) would be right up their alley to be appreciative for. If I can trade my (for example) Biochemical Compounds for Gree Reputation, wouldn't the prices go much higher since people will most likely not bother selling them on the GTN anymore? AsheraII Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 It'd definitely be interresting. And I'd actually suggest not only trading them raw materials, but also crafted items. Yes, Gree technology is superior, but at the same time, it's radically different from our own technology. So our technology would be as alien to them, as theirs is be to us, allowing them to research our "alien" technology and use that to improve their own.
