If you've purchased the companion unify unlock (or any other non-functional unlock) and havent been able to get a refund, you should lodge a complaint. One small feature of the game is not working but it in no way prevents you from playing the game. LoL man I gave to BW over 400 Euros for subscriptions, game deluxe edition and 11000 Cartel Coins, with this amount of money I think I can pretend that the game works in every part of it.
