I have everything set to high. The only thing I don't have on is bloom and my armor still looks low rez as all hell. This was how it was after launch, and was soon patched. I dont know what the problem is, but I would play around with some setting some more. The only thing I can think that would even be a possibility is that since my monitor is only 1600x900 then its doing it but even then I'm still highly skeptical.
