DragonAgeOrgins
Imagine Luke SkyWalker at the height of his power at the end of the last movie. As a Jedi Knight Yoda somehow magically came back to life. In the prime of his life fighting skills and for some reason. Obi Wan just turned younger back to his days when he was fighting a young Ankin. They all decided to fight, equally going at one another. Who would win, and why? Aurbere
So ROTJ Luke vs. Prime Yoda vs. Prime Obi-Wan... Yoda wins.
RTCBrad
Luke wins, just because he is the best. By quite a big margin. Edited October 26, 2012 by RTCBrad
SoonerJBD
Yoda at his height would be a massive favorite over Obi wan or Luke at the end of Return of the Jedi, but that was not the height of Luke's power as you stated. Luke didn't reach his zenith until after the movies, at which point he became untouchable by anyone, including Yoda.

When Luke reaches his prime post-ROTJ, he beats everyone: Yoda, Sidious, Mace Windu, everyone. Yoda wins in this scenario.
Liquidacid
Luke wins because of George Lucas and Plot... those two cards are un-trump-able in the SW IP

TalonVII
no, unless it's luke when he beats abeloth repeatedly, yoda was Grand master of the order for a reason after all.

mefit
If we did this at the point of Yoda and Obi-wan still being alive , Yoda would mop the floor with Luke and Obi-wan even if they tried to double team him and he still would steal Luke's Lunch and eat it over Luke's and Obi-wan's beaten Bodies . Now if we took it to where all three were in their Primes than FanBoy's EU Luke would Blink and Yoda and Obi-wan would be down for the Count ................... Eshkakahn
In a straight up sword fight, without using the force, I'd have to say that Luke in ROJ has no chance against Yoda and Obi-Wan and I think that it's 50/50 between Yoda and Obi-Wan, with possibly a slight advantage to Yoda since he trained Obi-Wan before Qui-Gon, Yoda being smaller and faster and Obi-Wan being stronger more aggressive, however if they were to use the force I'd have to say Yoda, even thought Luke is stronger in the force than Yoda and Obi-Wan put together, Yoda is unrivaled in his knowledge of the force and has trained thousands of different Jedi, each with different styles, so he literally knows every move the the book, so to speak
Ershiin
Luke was never potrayed as particularely powerful in any way in the movies and wasnt made into Neo from the Matrix before the fanfic authors started writing him, he just had a great destiny. (Which was even hinted at that Leia could also fulfill in the event that he ended up getting himself killed.. Really, it would seem that any Skywalker would do as the one who ended up killing Palpatine/The Sith was Anakin.) So if its a sparring match/contest he probably wouldnt even stand a chance against either Obi Wan or Yoda.. If a duel to the death, he'd probably manage to beat the impossible odds and come out the victor cuz destiny/plot though. Obi Wan too was never as remarkable as he was important. He was good. Good enough to become a Jedi Master, but he really was nothing special outside of that. His "prime" really didnt happen untill after he died due to gaining the ability to affect things and guide Luke in ways he couldnt possibly have done while he was alive. Physical prowess doesnt really count for much when Jedi consider the idea of Power... Thats a Sith thing. That was the whole point of the "than you could possibly imagine", because Sith only see power in the physical realm. Yoda however lived for nearly a millenia. Its not even a question that he'd easily school both of them in his prime in terms of ability. If forced into a deathmatch he'd probably give his life and lose on purpose to further the destiny/plot of Luke though.. Obi Wan isnt even a factor here. So really each of them come out ahead in their own way. Luke has the superior destiny. (He is essentially "blessed" by the Force) Obi Wan has the superior influence. (Once he becomes One with the Force) and Yoda has the superior ability. (Due to his massive knowledge of the Force) Edited June 15, 2015 by Ershiin
MadDutchman
so prime Yoda and prime obi-wan vs not-prime Luke? Not exactly a fair contest here. Luke is his prime could have CRUSHED obi-wan, though I don't think it would have been as one sided against Yoda as some others have suggested. Luke may have had the slight upper hand in power and skill, but Yoda had such a massive store of experience it might balance out a bit.
October
They're not even on comparable levels lol? Luke isn't at his most powerful, and Yoda was leagues ahead of all of his contemporaries.
