They are regular sentinel abilities. Back before 1.2 there was a talent available to all specs that increased the Damage of Cyclone Slash and Force Sweep and reduced by 1 focus per point (two total). Back then we could get more than 3 AoE's off in a row, but now, without that talent, Force Sweep and Cyclone Slash aren't cost effective.
