IcculusX Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 Ive been trying to figure out what the best pet is for soloing spec'd full sawbones after 35+ when there is tons of elites to kill for even regular quests... I dont really have either Boddar or Corso really geared out for the level, so their tanking seems pretty bad atm. I think the best ive come up with is to use Risha in AE mode, and try and hold agro and heal myself... Either that or Akavvi if you are 35+ what pet do you use for quest grinding and why? Larce_Apollo Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 I used corso mainly, he's a good mix of tank and damage which helps when you want him to be the meatshield, but not want the fights to last an hour. I kept him geared up and used him almost every time, bowdaar is OK too, but too slow for my taste. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just IMO. Or he could be 50 by then. I used Corso all the way through to 50, mostly because I was armormech and could make him gear. Otherwise I definitely woulda used Bowdarr -- a melee tank is much better than a ranged tank who keeps separating things. Corso does look much more ****** though, and his pull (while irritating 99% of the time) does have its uses when it comes to soloing heroics.
