"EA Offers Chunk of Struggling Star Wars Game Free"

It's all just an attempt to keep the game down to competing levels. Everyone wants the next MMO to be the next big thing so when you see one release with 2million+ subscribers, you have to bite at it every chance you get to allow players to buy other games as well.

I think its a great move that can only help the game grow more.

We've lost os many active players so EA needed to do something major and imo this is it.

Give ppl free play time to lvl chars, reel them into the great game we know this can become in time (all thou, I love it as it is and know its going to get even better).

The community will only grow stronger though this move.

Haters are awesome. Before yesterday they tried to tell us that nothing would come out of E3. Now that we got some big news on coming additions, not they are spinning a free trial as TOR going f2p.

Starter planet and some of DK / Coruscant is hardly a "chunk".

But journalism isn`t what it was a few years back either.

Because it isn't journalism any more. It is "how many views can we get by saying X?"

What big news on coming additions? The "1 new this 1 new that" isn't big news. It's just news. Standards that they need to live up to or even the fanboys will run out of positivity.

maybe alot of people arent satisfied... and the forums are an outlet for that.

if youre enjoying the game... then quit browsing forums and go play it.

Now people who enjoy the game are not even welcome to the official forums, the haters' lair?
