Honestly giving the growing frustration of the player base and catalyst low populated servers - all it needs is one clear thread, maybe give a link on the front page to the forum where the thread is stating and fleshing out plans to address the low server populations and help build and manage expectations for the 1.3 patch. The silent approach is not building expectation it's just creating more anxiety and frustration. That said, I'll check twitter. I guess they can't lock and delete threads there.
