I have played pure arsenal (turret mode shut down easily with interrupts) and pyro. Tracer is not strong enough anymore on it's own to be worth it, especially not sacrificing detonator, burnout, and energy rebounder. Don't do it. I've used something similar on my Merc, I found that it's generally quite effective, no idea how it compares to full Arsenal or full Pyro because I mainly play healer .
